Hi, I’m Rubia—an architect turned chocolatier from Brazil, now based in Toronto. My love for chocolate began in my mother’s kitchen, where I spent hours experimenting with flavors and learning the joy of creating something sweet to share.

For over 20 years, I worked as an architect, but chocolate was always a passion close to my heart. When my family and I moved to Canada in 2017, I found myself longing for the warmth of home. That longing brought me back to chocolate—this time, with purpose.

After training in chocolate-making and refining my recipes, I launched BSWEET—a small-batch chocolate business rooted in love, quality, and craftsmanship. Using premium Belgian chocolate and the finest Canadian ingredients. Each piece is made with care to help you savor and celebrate the sweetest moments in life.
